Join Our Team as a Pump Technician
At Citywide Plumbing, we’re looking for a reliable and experienced Pump Technician to join our growing team. If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering top-quality service, enjoys solving problems, and has hands-on experience with a range of water pump systems, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Pump Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing a wide variety of water pumps across Auckland. From rural tank setups to domestic pressure systems, your work will ensure our customers have safe, reliable water flow—every day.
Typical tasks include:
- Diagnosing pump issues and recommending solutions
- Servicing and maintaining water pump systems
- Installing new pumps and upgrading existing systems
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults
- Advising customers on the best products for their needs
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
- Experienced with domestic and light commercial pump systems
- Skilled in fault-finding and preventative maintenance
- Comfortable working independently and managing their time
- Great with customers and clear in communication
- Physically fit and able to work on-site, in tight or elevated spaces
- Holds a current full NZ driver’s licence
Plumbing certification is a bonus, but not essential if you’ve got the right experience and mindset.
