I would give 6 stars if I could! We had a fault with our waste water pump and the control switch and called a number of plumbers, all of whom referred us to Citywide Plumbing. They were on the scene within 20 minutes and had given us a breakdown of what went wrong and how they'd fix it. They provided a quote the next day and helped us work with our insurance. Once the parts had arrived Sean got to work and did an excellent job helping us get our plumbing in order. Josh and Sean were a pleasure to deal with from the get go and were professional, courteous and were very knowledgeable - making them an expert in what they do. Fantastic service. Pump started making some noise, I ignored it for a couple of weeks and the organised the team to come and look at it a couple days later. Pump died completely that evening, they came out the following morning to rescue us with a loan pump. Took a look at the old one and showed it was done, installed a new one for me.
